how to get standard size viewable across different monitor sizes?

how can same view size media buttons on bottom ie full screen across different size monitors?

 

im creating captivate demo.

however target

large monitors 21 inch

and different laptop models , screen

1. size.

 

 

i output in swf - html.

 

 

ive been playing around settings , these results:

 

 

setting:record , capture area ‘full screen’

the result:

looks great on 21 inch monitor.

 

the same .html file on laptop

the result is:

cuts off recording on bottom screen. have use scroll bars see full screen

 

 

 

 

if rescale project

from

width percentage:100

height percentage:100

 

to:

width percentage:70

height percentage:70

the result is:

loss of quality on both laptop screen & desktop screen.

 

 

if publish media .exe.

the result large .exe file size  compared html file

 

 

any ideas?

the rule of thumb use capture original screen recordings @ same resolution lowest resolution device expect view demo.  if doing screen capture 21inch screen expect people play on 14 inch laptops, find out resolution 14 inch laptops operating at, temporarily change resolution of device connected 21 inch screen match resolution of 14 inch laptops - record screen captures - change resolution normal on 21 inch display after have finished recording. shouldn't have mess around rescaling , should great on everything!  work @ lowest common denominator.
