Locked out of back end after php upgrade to 5.4 on 1and1 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have site on 2 different 1and1 servers proper 1 , another, on correct domain, works ok under php 5.2.1.7. when upgrading php 5.4, locked out of end "500 internal server error", front end works fine. fpa taken off different 1and1 server running php 5.4 , locks me out of end. joomla version 2.5.8

any ideas please need move other sites having same problem , don't fancy having rebuild large sites

no on this, have few sites going going through upgrade - had email 1&1 saying it's going option april onwards.

we'll have have proper it, don't think clients happy being locked out of sites!!
