Missing triangle on Fix tab

running premier elements 10 version (20110914.m.17521) on windows xp sp3

 

in organizer, 'edit video' instructions click on down triangle on fix tab. problem fix tab has no down triangle see screenshot (click enlarge). else have problem? or know it?screenshot1.jpg

what happens if hit down triangle?
