Cloud DL problem
after dl/installing adobe download manager , several apps via cloud interface, had restore windows 7(64) operating system earlier point in time (before adobe cloud download) resolve internet issue. tried reinstall adobe download manager receive "download error" message , told contact customer support. seems system security issue prevent unauthorized access. there work around problem. thanks, tom

you might try removing adobe application manager cleaner tool described here , reinstalling here
