Embed Microsoft Word docs from the frontend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi.

i'm administrating website art department of school work @ k2 content management system. teachers have upload weekly lesson plans. of them happy attachment, 1 in particular doesn't understand attachments , see lesson plans displayed in body of item. i've got extension lets me embed documents backend , works well, teacher confused because "official" lesson plan template provided school principal (but created teacher) word document (landscape orientation fixed-width tables, of course) , when copies , pastes item table wide content area , overlaps right sidebar menu, login, etc. can't understand why "official" template , "official" website don't automatically work together.

i know there better ways of doing this, teacher technically challenged , can't let go of idea "official" template must used, though principal has said otherwise. i'm trying find way let embed word document in k2 item frontend fits in body area , can still see it. don't mind if it's thumbnail of document or if horizontal scrolling within frame required. has hard time more complicated copy , paste (i'm sure many of have dealt before), think can grasp if it's not more complicated uploading image. haven't been able find extensions let authors frontend. she'd terrified of backend , i'm not willing post lesson plans her. bad precedent set.

anyone know of might work?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
