Thread: Unbunt installed, how do i uninstall it ?

hi, wondering if can me litle problem i'm having laptop, have installed ubuntu , want go windows 7, laptop not have cd-rom. , can't see windows system in boot menu, have no idea on how fix so, if me, great

windows7 , ubuntu installed on same disk, right?

if so, critical thing restore mbr boot code can boot windows. then, in windows, can delete ubuntu partition(s) free space.

first. fact windows not in boot menu concern. let's working know windows bootable. otherwise fixing mbr leave unable boot either.

in ubuntu, run sudo update-grub , view output , check detects windows. reboot , select , boot windows.

boot ubuntu , install mbr installer, lilo.
sudo apt-get install lilo

check drive name is. can in disk utility or run sudo fdisk -l. /dev/sda. use command correct name reinstall mbr boot code.
sudo lilo -m /dev/sda mbr

when reboot should go straight windows.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
