composite images import black or garbled

sorry if answered already. dug around in forum , not find seem remember having solution time ago.  i'm using tcs 4.0 (fm 11 / rh 10) although problem not specific combo.

 

in fm, have images text callouts , graphic objects, in addition screenshot.  life of me, cannot recall why *sometimes* these appear in rh black image. seems occur if add empty text box anchored frame art. in cases, text boxes appear converted garbage, graphic objects come through, , screenshot black. same shot (see below) broken when have either graphics or text box. remove both , renders properly. i'd prefer not embed these items in art printed result better when text in fm.

 

i've tried:

• setting width/height 0 (fixed quality of standard art, awesome tip)
• ensured nothing touches edges of anchored frame (no change)
• changing text callout "source" instead of mapped (no impact)
• art graphic objects alone (still goes black)
• art text alone (still goes black)
• anchored frame text alone (get wee garbly box)

finally, , hope not solution:

i did test using vector text element instead of text box , mapped fine. hate using these though litter anchored frame little graphics turd boxes whenever forget it's not normal text box , press enter key new line.  prefer reflow captions adjust art, , vector text doesn't behave way.

 

 

i convinced have had working before -- forgetting?

i've not seen problem in work, don't use fm text lines , boxes screenshots.

 

have tried pasting screenshot illustrator , adding text callouts there? believe you'll have better luck 1 composite image series of objects in fm anchored frame.
