Minimize LR4

trying figure out how tool bar @ top can minimize lr4 while working.  disappaered , have exit out everytime.

 

 

also, can't seem erase tool work.  there have go minus instead of plus sign erase?

press f key change windowed mode.

 

and try holding down alt/opt key erase.
