Roaming Profiles, FM9 and Acrobat Professional (9 and X) - Useful Info maybe to others

just thought post bit of information, took me long time figure out , still don't know why happens.

 

basically

  • using fm9 (although have fm10 installed cannot convert @ moment...not mention...sigh...that distributor sold knowing fm11 released!!!!!!!!!)
  • windows 7 professional, 64 bit
  • recently upgraded acrobat professional x (although same problem happened acrobat pro 9).
  • could not fm publish pdf (that is, print pdf). distill, did not bookmarks needed (i tried find easy answer question, dead end involving programming).
  • i have spent time on issue
  • a while ago, found disabling roaming profile, or deleting files in adobe folder in roaming profile, seems fix whatever problem pdf printer having generating pdf.

 

thought pass on in case else find useful.

if need go distiller route via fm , need bookmarks, must have "generate acrobat data" option enbaled in print panel. no programming required...

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
