Thread: Samba security Bug??

i have samba set show /home folders other computers in network. our win7 laptop, our homes show if logged in (in windows) under same user ubuntu 'server'. far can tell, these folders mounted when user logs windows, password used log in windows acct.

have installed on android phone 'file expert'. samba shared /home shows on network, expect, requires no user name or password browse it's contents! can browse contents on wife's phone.

think share should password protected see on windows side. if wife logs windows, can see home, , mine, can't mine.

btw, have encrypted homes.

ideas?

please post output of following command samba "server":
code:
testparm -s
and in case:
code:
net usershare info --long
