When Trying to download products, I get internal error


when try download of products, receive message need first install adobe applications manager. when download (which seems instantly), error: we've encountered following issues: plese connect internet".

 

of course, connected internet. tried disabling firewall , still error.

if not firewall, might verify not entry in hosts file blocking access. cause.

 

if go "let me fix myself" section in doc tell how check hosts file on system having issue versus windows default
