"Renew your Subscription"


we purchased monthly subscription of creative cloud @ end of may runs year, after while window saying "renew subscription" etc when try use cc application.  way around uninstall every 1 of them , reinstall them, have same problem few weeks later.  why getting asked renew our subscription when there still 9 months go? our credit card being charged every month.  in 'my adobe', informs have "9 months before renewal" , our subscription "active".

the software need confirm license status every month (requires internet connectivity), typically happens silently in background. if status check process requiring reinstall software resolve not normal. how many times has occured? when last time? did contact our support last time occured?
