3 html docs to 1 php- ok for site?

i learned how make simple email form using php. i'd put form existing simple html doc, i'm guessing code inserted php doc, , maybe have refigure css selectors original page.

 

is ok have 1 php doc , remaining pages html?

 

can insert css php main external sheet site? or better have two?

in order php run on page, page needs end in php extension, .php. otherwise server doesn't know , treats php snippet unknown tag (ignoring it).

 

you wouldn't need other pages .php, unless there php on them.

 

as css, can use 1 external document, that's fine.
