Character styles within table styles

hi everyone.

 

i have set tables every other row dark blue fill, text within them rows consequently white, ulternate rows being bloak text.

 

not sure if able quickly, @ moment creating table selecting every other rtow manaually change required text style

should not problem cell styles in table style.
