CS6-Media Encoder Fails on long (1hr +) H.264 render

windows 7 - 64 bit. 8 gbs ram

adobe pr , other programs on c: internal plenty of hard disk space left 300+gbs

external high speed 7200 rpm raid 1 media stored.

external high speed 7200 rpm non raid drive rendering written to.

both drives esata.

cs6 pr , media encoder 6.0.0.382 (op update: appears has been update version, going download updates , see if fixes this.)

follow up: appears update did fix problem. have multiple workstations , under impression had updated them all. have not tested yet, now, consider fixed.

footage single capture of lecture. 1 hr. 20 minutes.

shot on canon xf105 in mxf format @ 1280x720 23.976p (us)

footage goes fine (many multiple file clips 'chained' or butted against 1 another, done when shoot continuous take)

the footage plays fine in pr in final form export.

no special effects. 1 dissolve (intro title slide lecture)

reproduceable problem:

i export media encoder.

i choose h.264 , vimeo wide screen sd 23.976

the file exports 2/3rds of way, not same place each time, , fails no definitive error message. log shows, "export error: error compiling movie. unknown error."

rendered file external drive (have more one, have tried on two, same results)

all drives have plenty of disk space on them.

i tried cleaning media encoder media cache. same result.

i tried moving cache files empty external disk. no change.

i broke video 10 minute segment, rendered fine same settings.

this seems bug in media encoder. there fix this? workaround? client single long file of presentation.

could 8 gbs of ram issue? not sure why would. or known bug media encoder?

i had second job today, similar in needed take 6 multiple takes of same person, drop them onto timeline , render vimeo them review. same issue. got 13'05" compile , failed.  odd. have compiled longer footage before, done camera.
