Encore "cannot run in trial mode" - Premiere works

hi everyone,

 

i downloaded premiere , encore both trials.  towward end of month purchased creative cloud.  premiere works fine, encore doesn't seem have stuck.  when try launch it, error "encore cs6 cannot run in trial mode.  plese relaunch application , enter serial number."

 

of course, there no place enter serial number, , don't have one, because i'm using cloud.

 

how can solve without uninstalling premiere?

first of make sure after have purchased creative cloud , have activated ppro adobe id made purchase.

 

activate ppro, on launching ppro give screen licence product.you have sign in cc adobe id in order activate it.

to check ppro activated- launch ppro -> goto -> in drop down menu if see deactivated button enabled means product activated.

 

once ppro activated. encore launch without issues.

 

let know stuck.
