help with encoding 5.1 from quicktime file

so we've been editing projects in media composer, outputting same-as-source quicktime, importing in squeeze, linking 5.1 ac3 mix receive our sound mixer.  upgraded production suite , have found compression need our clients better in media encoder (mp4 hardware players such roku).  however, media encoder doesn't let link 2 files together.  discovered can ouput multichannel quicktime media composer setting.  question is, how media encoder know channel what?  when open file in quicktime says audio 6 mono channels.  i've never worked surround within media composer i'm not sure how go setting channels surround.  appreciated...

to follow-up, discovered how playback surround in media composer, seems apply playback, not exporting.  exporting quicktime ref surround channels still comes in quicktime 6 mono channels.  if bring media encoder , set encode h264 5.1 aac, map channels 5.1 in same way media composer does?  ch1 l, ch2 r, ch3 c, etc?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
