Panning and Zooming across Video

hello.

i trying see if there way pan , zoom across video (as opposed image, using or similar functionality) using elements.

i trying make tutorial on how use webpage. i've captured video of using page, , able zoom in mouse cursor , pan around video following cursor.

i'm new premiere, appreciated.

have tried pan & zoom tool?

there limits, of course, how can zoom in on video, way. if tutorial resolution of computer monitor , zoom on it, may see blurry pixels. know.

an alternative recording tutorial camtasia studio, software use create tutorials.

it includes tool zooming areas of monitor right in recording software.
