R3D Damaged or Unsupported File

hi all-

i'm pretty stumped problem.  have ton of .r3d footage shot on scarlet.  of footage imports fine premiere pro cs6.0.1, of files won't import.  give me "damaged or unsupported file" warning.  interesting of "damaged" clips same card/shoot contain other clips play fine.  happening me , 4 other editors have been working with.  i've searched on internet trying find solution , have found many red users running same thing.  people suggest restarting program , trying again, have done no avail.  i've watched clips in red cine-x , play fine. 

 

at point i'm stumped.  has else run problem , found solution?  know go ahead , transcode clips, 100 clips give warning, don't want have that.  there going update adobe solve this?

only if enough people tell adobe problem, enough detail adobe programmers able reproduce , fix problem

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
