Re-order threshold notification not coming through
hi all,
for reason client isn't receiving notification when order threshold reached. did test , nothing happened. ideas? test product set below. , went , purchased item should have triggered this. there i'm missing? client set user so....
please make sure "role responsible" field set inside product details. role specifies gets notified.
