Software won't recognize subscription renewal
i have creative cloud membership renews on 25th of each month. renewed on 25th of august, usual, , when log adobe shows account current , active. however, when try open photoshop, says cannot connect internet confirm renewal. specifically, says "please connect internet , retry. computer seems offline. internet connection required. please connect internet , try again. if problem persists, please contact customer service."
clearly, seeing i'm typing in online forum, connected internet. can click on customer service link in above message , takes me directly adobe. have made no changes internet, web browser, or else since software renewed in july , connecting fine then. saw in posting internet connectivity problems link page on sign-in or activation errors (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) , went through steps on it. checked out fine.
i need able use software. on how fix issue appreciated. thanks.
