Thread: Compiz with Ubuntu - Assistance Needed
so, have macbook pro 8gb ram, 2 2.7ghz intel core i7 processors, bluetooth, built in sd card reader, matshita dvd-r uj-898(writes, re-writes, etc), broadcom 57765-b0 ethernet card, firewire port max 800mb/sec, intel hd graphics 3000(type:gpu), , few other features don't think neccesary list.
macbook pro 2011 8gb ram , 500gb hard drive laptop running on mac os x 10.6.7 snow leopard. though, run windows vista(to code programs) , installed ubuntu on mac well. windows , mac os x work fine. windows can't support high graphical games..
problem running virtual machine use windows , ubuntu. main problem why can not compiz work? have oracle virtualbox v4.0.8 gui.
have installed teamviewer if willing 1-on-1 me i'd appreciate it. thank everybody!

have got 11.04 cube , work, first had enable 3d support in virtualbox, install guest additions, , extension pack, not need install driver video card, virtualboxes driver works great, here guide can use setup cube , many effects, wrote natty.
