Won't print from an online generated PDF

pre info:
acrobat reader: 10.1.4

vista 32bit.

 

at company using website controlled postalervice print forms fill out created pdf
a week ago, had local printer set standard.
what go onto website, type in lot of information , hit 'print' generates pdf input, opens
for few seconds, , prints on standard set printer.

 

at least thats used do. few days ago added network printer standard, trying remove local printers.
it works fine, when try print online or word document comes right out in new printer..

 

all except when try use site print pdf. still opens autogenerated pdf , says "printing 'correctname'"

but nothing ever added printqueue..
i called support on website, said needed done make sure site 'trusted' site.
i did that, added site trusted , made sure i'm using windows account admin rights. says when browse it
that trusted website , protection turned off.

 

now funny info:. when autogenerated pdf opens, if i'm fast , hit 'print' sign in acrobat reader, print.
but have window of 1-2 seconds before closes , supposedly makes sure print itself

 

so can me, .. cause have no idea problem is.. don't understand why worked on local printer , not network printer.. , don't understand can hit 'print' on autogenerated pdf document , works.

this sounds remarkably adobe reader v10.1.2 issue when printing network printers, apparently resolved v10.1.3.
