Can an InCopy editor add, remove and edit a text frame placed inside the main story text frame?

i think know answer - no. i'll explain why asking question in second, reason think simple answer no because - text frames controlled designer in layout file, editor using incopy can edit text , images placed inside text frames, , cannot resize them, add or delete them.

ok, reason have asked this.

  1. is there way around editors in incopy can edit types of text frame contained within main text frame? i'm using these text frames contain specific paragraph styles, giving them boxed , anchored icon in top left of text frame depending on type of paragraph is. see screenshot example of green text frame using contain paragraphs of type "tip".capture-tf.jpg
  2. if not possible editors in incopy add, edit or resize these text frames (green tip frame in example above), how else can style these paragraphs give same visual appearance, without use of wrapping them in text frame?

one (not good) way around designer add text frames in layout file after gets content editor, moving "tip" paragraphs these newly created text frames. when editor updates content in incopy , gets these new text frames in copy, can not delete them if wish to, or if add or reduce content inside of these green text frames frames dont grow fit edited content. dont think solution designer control adding, removing , resizing of these frames.

update: have discovered once text frame has been placed document designer , editor updates copy in incopy-  can use "position tool" select text frame - allowing them resize it, or delete it! fantastic. editor able add these frames in begin with? maybe have document containing of objects available them, copy , paste 1 of them main document , edit content? have advice on how go this? editor control insertion, editing , removal of these inline text frames.

instead of separate frame, use table. tables treated normal text.
