Error: "SWF Compilation Failed"

i working on updating old cp4 file. while can open , save file in both cp5 , cp5.5, unable preview in browser or publish file. instead, receive error "swf compilation failed. note: please verify if of actionscript keywords used user variable name/"

after reviewing of discussion items on forum, able try fixes, no luck. project not contain:

• double quotations anywhere in project information or name
• user variables

 

i tried removing text entry boxes, did not solve problem either. oddly, have had several separate projects update , 1 has issue. preventing me updating file.

 

any on how can update , publish file appreciated.

did tried copy , pasting slide of project blank project ?

 

note : if above step not work, try :

 

1) copy 5 slides , publish

2) if publish successfull, try 5 , publish again

 

by these steps find slide has issue.
