Help, Videos no longer play after Publishing

hey guys,

 

hoping can come rescue...again. 

 

i've run issue once project published...the videos no longer play. have introduction video play on slide 1. i've tried test scope putting slide before it, no affect.

 

what's happening more when publish , try view .swf output, project start, screen remain black, progress pause point of video (captivate set pause project until end of video), , video never plays. have press play on playbar continue, , upon doing so, skips next slide, totally ignoring intro video.

 

i've tried 3 different videos, 3 different formats (f4v, mp4, flv), , on 2 new projects. put, videos not playing @ after publishing. work fine within captivate, after publish, project won't play them.

 

any ideas? time , , in past.

 

btw i'm using captivate 6.

do have mac or windows ?

 

just want confirm have added videos this, slide video -> event video ?

 

what happened when see published output, connection error or progressive flash effect on top ?

 

did tried publishing project different location ?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
