ID Deactivated by Adobe; Reinstall Not Working
right frustration level very, high.
my copy of indesign (cs6 version) deactivated adobe on monday. contacted online tech support , told me reinstall, reinstalled.
the control panel, tool bar , panels still not working, meaning not selectable. called adobe, got case number , transfered number. after 20 minutes disconnected. called , told wait between 5 , 10 minutes. thirty minutes later, disconnected again. nice. week dealing problem, no closer problem solved.
at college work, username , password associated software changed (without notification, of course) , when went activate software again, put in old username , password. brought laptop college, reinstalled id , had put in new username , password, software still won't let me access control panel, toolbar, or panels.
all know indesign working fine, adobe deactivated it, , isn't working. there out there knows going on?
in experience, when application deactivated cloes immediately, don't think activation issue.
we use lot more information, sounds maybe you're running windows. if that's case, see indesign tools , panels don't respond mouse clicks (windows 7/vista)
