issues with playback in Adobe Connect 8
i new user adobe connect 8. created first meeting
yesterday. able hear playback myself, when sent the
link provided e-mail, unable hear sound the
link ( see slides, run through in 5 second intervals),
the sound @ maximum level on both playback , on computer.
the second issue have have received 2 messages-one e-mail
"you may @ risk of running out of seats adobe connect. in
particular, account (name = questar iii20120321093023) quota for
authors has exceeded threshold of 80% usage on thursday 16 august
2012, 08:43 am. means used @ least 80% of 5 available
seats. may want consider adding more seats account".
do have suggestions this? added 4 other colleagues who
will need have access utilize adobe connect in future-should i
only add them when need moderator/host?
i have watched many of video tutorials, helpful am
trying trouble shoot in quick fashion have been asked to
turn key train staff.

i'm not sure why experiencing different playback functionality between different sessions. if share link, may able further. suppose cache issue, seems long shot answer (and not 1 @ that).
as message licensing, can turn off notifications authors. warnings intended there know if close running out of licenses, seems useful when dealing dynamic licenses (concurrent learners or concurrent attendees), , if don't have licenses, turn off warnings. there nothing wrong having 4 or 5 author licenses assigned. if means utilizing have , thing. turn of warnings, go administration > account > notifications , un-check display on login page option authors.
