Premiere Pro CS6 Audio Issues

we have been testing premiere cs6 on our first job last week. however, running major audio issues:

 

1. when clip loaded source viewer, , jump through cilp, audio lags behind until stop , wait few seconds audio catch up. major hinderance when trying edit clients in session. happens on timeline when jumping around. these problems never occured in avid or fcp running same media.

 

2. no rhyme or reason, audio (from source , timeline) doesnt play. meteres moving , video play, audio wont coming out. hear noise if playing audio cables. also, meters dont move, suggest there no audio again video playing, when infact there is.

 

these problems have occured accros multiple machines, media running both our server, , local hard drives. our facility runs nas pushes 110/mb/s on ethernet 16tb raid6 (that sas connected server). 1 machine running osx 10.8, black magic intensity pro, 20gb ram, nvidia quadro 4000. running osx 10.8, aja io express, 16gb ram, nvidia 4000. , last running 10.6.8 black magic intesnsity pro, 12gb ram, , nvidia gtx or other (unsupported card).

 

has else gotten these issues? said, have tested media server , local hard drives. pushing apple pro res hq, have tested pro res lt, pro res 444 , canon h.264.

yes, having exact same problem.

 

running 12tb raid5 connected via fibre.

 

only tried on 1 machine. it's mac os 10.6.8, 24gb ram, nvidia quadro mac 4000.

 

tried clip prores 422, prores 4444, h.264, , xdcam. same issue.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
