SOLVED: Super Administrator missing - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

the website of association working has been transferred wordpress joomla year ago trainee, whom unable contact today. he's 1 have super administrator rights - have access phpmyadmin though. enable sef urls website, tutorial makes sense goes through global configuration, , have no access our association's (normal) administrator account. tried in touch former trainee, email out of order. so:
1) having access phpmyadmin, users listed, how can use super administrator account listed, of trainee-webmaster? have several users listed supposed log in same username (admin) , password, including super administrator. tried changing password 1 did not work.
2) bother unnecessarily can create friendly urls? not inviting judge whether short urls worth it, if there way can enable sef urls without super administrator account, i'd take it. may wrong forum it, please let me know if should repost second question elsewhere if answer first question complete no.

sorry, have no education in field whatsoever, manage anyway if don't assume know more find phpmyadmin, how create hidden menu in joomla , read tutorials it. grateful answers.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
