Thread: Monitors adjustment 11.04

i have upgraded 10.10 11.04. have having problems monitor. using vizio tv monitor. stretched out , not pleasant use. fine in 10.10 version of ubuntu. have small resolutions options. used have 16:9 1370 resolution in 10.10 verison. using optiplex 745 dual core processor 2 gig ram. can let me know can this? have looked other plugins in additional driver , have had no luck....thanx

it nice if can give solution this. understand, 11.04 different 10.10, , there quite number of different drivers different computers--some have not been included. has prevented me updating 11.04 on 2 of desktops.

have checked .iso disks, , checksum shows no error. have gone through trouble of removing disk drive used burn .iso other computer, hoping dvd have better alignment burned disc other dvd.

not see how can complete installation when there no driver on installation disk makes computers usable enough complete installation. cannot point can load updates, presuming missing drivers have been added through updates.

go 10.10, , wait 11.10 come out. .iso boot disk have drivers included computer.

able put 11.04 on laptop. appropriate driver seems have been there.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
