Way to Run Javascript Code One Time In a Document

i want find way execute javascript code once -automatically -  on form have on website, without using trigger user has click such button.  in other words, when user clicks website link on website produce adobe form, , adobe form produced, want code run 1 time automatically, , never again, produced form.  suggestions how this?

how creating form, exactly? saying want run script when first opened in acrobat/reader, , never again life of form? or want run script each time form opened?
