What app/settings do you use to convert a 1080p/23.98 film to an Encore-ready NTSC DVD video file?
most projects blu-ray/dvd combos , need generate sd version of film use in encore dvd project uncompressed or prores hd quicktime files receive. i've tried using 1080p hd video , letting encore transcode dvd has never produced usable results - there's framerate stutter if video playing around 15fps.
any time i've tried use procoder or other 3rd party apps encode hd sd, receive generic error encore saying file not correcet dvd autrhoring, or other issue frame cadence errors has been introduced. program/settings people using nice looking mpeg2 video file suitable commercial release , compatible encore cs6? advice.
