WPI 4.0 - Joomla installed but got error 500.19 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i've installed joomla 2.5 web platform installer 4.0 , after tried view page showed:
error summary
http error 500.19 - internal server error
the requested page cannot accessed because related configuration data page invalid.
error code 0x8007000d

i found solotion on microsoft supp page think there no corrupted xml element in web.config (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942055).

i posted screenshot of problem should specify problem.
do know solution pls reply post. thanks

update: i've tried edit web.config it's here viewtopic.php?f=618&t=659924 (maybe usefull of you) anyway think there permission problem access file iis on web.config there permissions for: iis_usrs, network service... have no clue how solve it.

delete joomla , reinstall joomla using winmap.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
