Defeated trying to use a file in PremPro. Need conversion help.

well, gang. please not berate me or roll eyes @ me. it's been while since asked please know ask when out of ideas.

 

i given blu-ray use in project. family member. have deliver. can't.

 

ripping stupid thing has been hell. have dvdfab, paid for, it's been days , morning did .m2ts file.

 

that file plays fine in vlc. media/codec information in image see below (at bottom).

 

someone please, love of god, me use in premiere pro! voice gone yelling @ computer. have never had trouble in life 1 stupid file.

 

i've tried handbrake, cannot figure out how working. comes out screwed , no audio.

 

i've tried using video converter dvdfab (again, program paid for) while can video prempro understand, no audio there. never mind vlc play these files audio.

 

adobe media encoder can convert thing enough mpeg2 or mpeg4 (h.2164) no audio.

 

can me? no solutions requiring me spend more money, please! my wife's family can kiss rear on one.

 

also, trying alternative, successfuly converted .m2ts file .ts file vlc play (with sound goes way out of sync real fast), cannot working in prempro either , strange because last year able ts file working. how, not know. codec info on @ bottom.

 

i wish dvdfab easier use, crazy imposible understand , seems geared mobile device conversions, have 0 interest in. file 1080p , want keep in hd. 720p @ least.

 

i dowloaded stx-something or other gave quickly. insanely complicated 0 turotials available guys not experts.

the first thing i'd tell family member can't use blu-ray source media, have have original camera media or they're out of luck.
