Export settings for DV wide footage

i'm having trouble aspect ratio when exporting video project (fat faces, skinny faces):

 

footage - shot hv30 in dv wide format

video clips show in project panel 720 x 480 (1.2121)

intended use - vimeo posting

editing - premprocs5 running on beefy win7 computer

 

i'm stabbing around @ various export choices/presets (h.264, qt, windows media)...is there preferred choice?

export @ 854x480, using par of 1.0, first rule of thumb sd widescreen pc or web playback.

 

i checked in adobe media encoder cs6 , under h.264, there preset vimeo widescreen sd , specifies 640x360, see if have vimeo presets , simplify life. scroll way bottom of list alphabetical.

 

you may not have h.264 preset in cs5, here specs shows:

 

640x360, progressive

vbr 2-pass, target 2.00, max 2.00
aac 320kbps, 44k stereo

 

profile: high

level 3.0

 

.mp4 file extension

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
