Problem merging form data to Excel

i have dynamic form created livecycle has data connection xml file. form works fine.

when people complete form , send me using forms>manage form data>mege data files spreadsheet command compile data.

the data compile - many of fields in form not included in compiled data.

the fields included in compiled csv files fields connected xml file.

i doing wrong binding settings.

i need fields compiled.

any appeciated.
