Can't download photoshop and dreamweaver in cloud. Says Installed, but I don't have it

so while ago using trial version of photoshop , dreamweaver. decided pay cloud access these programs uninstalled programs first. when click download can't install either 1 because says installed next image.

i had asked on website through chat if have exact problem , told me long purchased product not have issue. didn't want purchase if going have problem, i'm having it

i first double-check uninstalled them, adobe application manager checks system see installed, if photoshop , dreamweaver didn't uninstalled explain seeing.

 

don't uninstall, rather check if these products listed here

 

on mac os

 

1. double-click hard drive.

2. go applications > utilities > adobe installers.

 

on windows

 

1. click start > control panel.

2. click programs , features.

 

if didn't uninstalled should able convert existing installations included part of creative cloud membership using workflow

you can launch adobe application manager from

applications folder on mac or start menu on windows reinstall when you're ready
