InDesign/InCopy workflow errors - icml links?

just started have problems crashed indesign (id) and/or incopy (ic) software, in worflow have worked few years now. scenario unfolds following steps:

 

  1. from id document ('doc1'), exported 'layer' ic, analysts can review , make changes text. ic stories saved folder located in same place id document.
  2. folderstruct.png
  3. analyst opens ic software, opens id 'doc1'. makes edits, saves , closes doc , sofware. far.
  4. analyst opens ic softwae, try open id 'doc1' dsoftware crashes. can not open.
  5. next time analyst open ic software, before tries open id document, warning pops message saying "incopy.exe application error. memory not 'read". click ok terminate...
  6. if designer tries open id 'doc1' after edits done in ic, long not allow automatic update of liks, doc1 open, trying update ic links in links panel, id crash.

 

 

the same happen analysts working in different computer ic software. seems me that:

 

  • ic not able save edits icml files, creating problems when trying open doc1 again in ic or updating links in id.
  • working on network, have checked our people ensure analysts , designers have same access , permissions. do. problem not that.
  • i have tried rebuild document in case first 1 corrupt. worked when limited text (icml files) in place, added more icml files (conent) , graphics, document crash again.
  • i have re-installed incopy in 1 of analysts computers , still gives same errors.

 

does have experienced type of error or similar?  somewhere on lines of problems .icml files?  appreciate can provide me pointers can troubleshoot further.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
