LiveCycle & Reader

i created form using livecycle , sent out few people.  these people not have
livecycle.  have adobe reader 9.3 or reader x.  are able complete form, not able save it, nor send me.  need them send completed form me , complete part of prior dispursing others.

 

what software these users need in order them complete form , return me.

i use acrobat, not livecycle, understand must enable pdf file filled , signed in reader.
