People can't open my PDF

i bougth yours adobe acrobat pro, made pdf , send people email using adobe sendnow. people can't open pdf because words not have access rights encripted document.

 

please how fix problem. urgent. thanks.

open document in acrobat pro, , use file > properties. select security tab.
