Performance Issue on latest Joomla 2.5 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

i have moved joomla 1.5 fresh install of joomla 2.5.
i have inserted former articles content , asset tables.
i have dedicated server windows 2012 , iis 8.
i using php 5.4 wincache

the joomla site no modules / plugins extremely slow or doesn't load. have artisteer template.
on same server have ipb forum works fine.
with or without gzip site slow , doesn't load anymore.
i have activated caching.

i don't understand problem, doesn't seem php.ini config (default config) tried output_buffer on , default value 4096.

i have tried mysql , mysqli. i'm not using innodb tables.

i have found there's 9 sleep query joomla database, none ipb. doesn't seem problem.

when checked site pingtools, saw main time spent on wait.
my dns ok. config localhost.
i have added localhost alias on hosts file (commented in windows 2012 server since it's managed dns).

i have checked health of database, done repair , optimize ofr latest version of mysql.

the issue have in connexion screen on backend doesn't load contents. when debugging have seen 96 queries run (too in opinion).

please advice.

just mention when slow means 10s 1 minute not load.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
