Photoshop CS5.1 Problem

when start photoshop cs5.1 error saying standard brushes, standard colors etc. missing. know how fix this?

i haven't seen message personally, implies either preferences corrupt or you're missing of files installed photoshop.

 

1.  press , hold control - shift - alt (or shift - command - option on mac) after cold-starting photoshop.  if you're quick enough keys down - , have quick - you'll confirmation dialog asking whether want delete current preferences.  confirming return preferences out-of-box defaults.

 

2.  if above doesn't work, i'm afraid might want remove , reinstall photoshop original media, making sure remember install updates afterward.

 

i try think through have (or software has) done that's caused components of photohsop removed or moved.  computers don't lose files without there being reason.  check system logs see whether may starting have disk failure, , perhaps run diagnostics on system.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
