Toolbars

when open adobe reader, not come comment & mark toolbar.

when try add going "view", "toolbars", "more toolbars", select box comment & mark toolbar , click okay, nothing happens. looked @ forum question, said document rights , going preferences, not find needed use. if assist, more grateful.
