Want "Finish Publishing" article status set to archived - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hey everyone,

first problem: joomla's article manager finish publishing date automatically sets articles status unpublished when reached finish publishing date in article manager... and, if article status unpublished, if "archive" article, not show in archived articles in front end. if i'm not mistaken, joomla has been this.

this creates problems if want articles removed main news section, still want them available through archived articles menu item. i've created external urls menu items each month using format:

code: select all

/news/archived-news/?view=archive&year=2012&month=11

replacing month number month want display...

what know how change (or need edit) joomla sets status of article archived when article hits finish publishing date instead of unpublished?

i still dont understand why forced joomla have articles automatically "unpublished" when article hits finsh publishing date, instead of being set "archived" makes more sense having article archived instead of unpublished can still make articles available through archive article menu item, , when want remove article completely, delete or unpublish it.

anybody?

somebody must know code sets article status "unpublished" in db when article hits finish publishing date? want able modify sets article status archive instead of unpublished - way can have articles "auto" archived @ end of every month, can list articles within archive articles menu item

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
