Can't Export Movie - Unknown Compile Error - Help!

i edited 32 minute movie in premiere elements 10, , i'm trying export it.  @ point during export, , seems vary, unknown compile error.  i've been trying export movie past week , failure despite trying i've found written how solve this.

 

i have win 7 ultimate sp 1 running on lenovo desktop machine intel core 2 quad cpu @ 2.67 ghz, 4gb of ram, 32 bit proc.

 

premiere installed on system c drive 6 gb of free space.

project , scrach disks on d drive 165 gb of free space.

media files on 2nd e drive 50gb of free space.

project , source material ntsc dv -- there quite few photos motion, plus iphone hd video on timeline, hundreds of clips in plus narration, few titles, etc.

 

export destination folder on d drive.

everything render green lines atop timeline (sometimes quits during render , have keep hitting enter continue rendering, it's green)

 

so far i've tried:

 

- reinstalling pe 10

- reinstalling quicktime

- copying photos own separate folder

- editing each photo (outside of pe 10) , resaving make sure none of photos corrupted

- emptying temp folder

- deleting renders , cache files , letting them rebuild

- exporting small pieces of timeline try identify bad clip -- maddening process , did find 1 clip generate error, managed export avi , reimport , replace on timeline.  awfully nice if pe tell me clip doesn't if in fact it's clip error.

- turning off shadow / highlight feature had on clips, wasn't issue, smaller sections these clips exported fine

- tried exporting various formats: vimeo sd, mpeg dv standard, ipad standard high quality, avi -- result in same error (the format want way vimeo sd)

- rebooting machine , turning off might possibly consume memory

 

this machine has never had problems exporting in past.  1 thing did try worked -- installed pe 10 on (less capable) win 7 machine, , fed media via external drive.  other machine did export fine (though took while given underpowered).  nothing more work around though don't have access machine , i'm not done editing.

 

i'm @ wits' end!  else can movie file export?

 

appreciate or clues can provide solve mystery.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
