Change content on web site depending on URL. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

this should simple haven't found way it. have 2 domains pointing same web site:

http://www.mysite.ie
http://www.myothersite.co.uk

i need module functions 'custom html' module, need detect url entered browser , change content accordingly. example goes to

http://www.mysite.ie module displays irish office contact details , phone

someone else goes
http://www.myothersite.co.uk , module displays u.k office contact details , phone

is there module out there this? or there trick can point me on how this?

the extension has extensive documentation , have examples of how use module.
