IE8 causes jumpy tooltips

i have ceated tooltip activates when user rollovers portion of map , hides when rollout of area.  when viewing function in safari , firefox, tooltips behave , display , hide expected.  however, when viewing feature ie8, first time activating tooltip works suspected. second , subsequent time tip activated, tip's background jumps bottom of page.  if refresh page, behavior repeatible.  contacted adobe support , response:

 

tested , verified , can replicate issue.

did troubleshooted html/css causing issue.

we need modify html , css used make page compatible many browsers.

browser compatibility issues out of support scope html , css nees modified @ site user's end.

 

i have not implemented custom html or css.  can provide insight on how resolve issue?  url http://www.nauticuspartners.com/bte/projects-3.html , tooltip can activated mousing on white boxes in top or bottom middle of map.

i see issue in ie8. there bug in way muse generating tooltip. if send .muse file muse-ts@adobe.com, along link thread, can try find workaround until bug fixed (though there might not workaround, unfortunately).

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
