problem description :: forum post assistant (v1.2.3) : 25th october 2012 wrote:the site appeared operating correctly before added login module. when login module added, again site appears ok, until log in registered user. when login registered user error message shown below appearing 5 times

this has been solved - did search on 'notice: array string conversion' , found response

i did first part , worked. apologise if not correct way of dealing new using style of forum problem solving

click error reporting drop down list
click simple
click save , close
refresh web browser on site page , notices gone.

alternatively, make change sites install without doing above, go c:\xampp\php\php.ini locate

which recommended setting joomla anyway!

the issue caused changes in php 5.4.x installed xampp 1.8.
php rewrote error message system php 5.4.x. advisory notice intended developers telling them there different way of coding things in php 5.4.x , therefore nothing "broken".

there chance might experience issues later on joomla developers aware of issue , making changes deal , keeping close eye on further developments.
