Photo Downloader advanced dialog not displayed completely

hello,

 

i use pse10 , use application during traveling on laptop (compaq presario c700). adobe website shows requirement

  • color monitor 16-bit color video card
  • 1024x576 display resolution

the laptop i'm using fullfills these requirements, maximal display resolution 1280 x 800 pixel

when start photo downloader import images digital cameras memory card, elements organizer photo downloader dialog appears expected. switch advanced dialog select required image files. can't download images, buttons not visilble, below visible area of display. dialog has size of 976 x 830 pixel (checked on differenc computer) , can not resized smaller hight. button "get media" can not pressed start download.

 

i checked updates see if miss bugfixes, i'm told no updates available

 

how can use advanced dialog of photo downloader photoshop elements 10 select images want transfer computer?

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
